Times Property Guangzhou Branch (North) Holds Grand Event: The Great Times: Huadu Strategy & Life Stylist Launch
Times Property Guangzhou Branch (North) held a grand opening ceremony on the evening of June 30, 2017, called "The Great Times: Huadu Strategy & Life Stylist Launch, at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu." More than 500 people, including leaders of Times Property, media guests, and new and veteran owners, and potential customers of Times Cambridge (Huadu), were on hand for the excitement.
The leadership of Times Property, including Times Property Group Vice President and Guangzhou Branch (North) General Manager Cheng Xiuzhong, Brand and Marketing Management Center Chief Innovation Officer Chen Aiqin, Guangzhou Branch (North) Assistant General Manager Xu Chongjun, and Mr. Zhong Zhide and Ms. Wang Meiying, general managers of the Medium- and Long-Term Business departments, as well as media representatives such as Leju Holdings Limited Vice President Wang Hequn and Fang Holdings Limited Vice President Xu Xiaorang, attended the event.
The launch also attracted media attention from outlets such as Nanfang Daily, Southern Metropolis Daily, Guangzhou Daily, Guangdong Television Real Estate Channel, Sohu Focus, ifeng News, Tencent News, NetEase News, Sina Leju, Anjuke, SouFun.com, Baidu, Huadu News Center and New Weekly.
Vice President Cheng Xiuzhong offered the prediction that Huadu District will embrace a significant growth opportunity through various advantages made possible by continuous implementation of the North Guangzhou Ecological Optimization Strategy along with the opening of subway and light rail. Mr. Xu Chongjun mentioned how Times and Huadu District found each other, doing so as he elaborated on the six points of business philosophy, foundation, national policy, key links, pivoting and vibrancy.
A modernesque French dance, which implies a longing for cultural artistic life, was performed in reflection of the artistic, aesthetic style of the ceremony, and the guests enjoyed a beautifully prepared Western dinner amid the accompaniment of a jazz band.
During the event, Mr. Wang Hequn, the vice president of Leju Holdings Limited, gave an inspiring speech called "The Light of Huadu Culture."
As the ceremony drew to a close and the guests pressed the button to signal the start of the project, a person dressed as a white lion strode to the stage from afar, as if walking toward the future. There was majestic music, punctuated by sighs of admiration from the audience.
All the guests then raised their glasses and congratulated Times Property on setting sail toward the Huadu strategy. Collectively they expressed good wishes for Huadu's prospects. With a series of favorable policies in air-rail transport, an airport economic zone, Huadu CBD and industrial-city integration, Huadu and Times are sure to rise rapidly.
