Intriguing topics such as "Times Cambridge (Huadu) project" and "Is Huadu about to take off?" have been heatedly discussed since the brand launches "The Great Times" and "Huadu Strategy & Life Stylist" were held by Guangzhou Branch (North) on June 30. Huadu and Guangzhou citizens have followed in eager expectation of Times Property's first project in Huadu District, Guangzhou.

Thus, amid high expectations, we started our presale offering on July 8 and invited the first batch of VIP customers to select and buy homes. Despite days of heavy rain, many customers arrived at the Marketing Center early in the morning and waited patiently for the start.

Just the initial batch of VIP customers got the invitation to this offering, and many brought family members with them. The scene was an orderly one. The limited seating provided room to consider the floors and layouts they would choose. At the model display in the Marketing Center, sales staff from Times Cambridge (Huadu) patiently answered questions from customers at the scene, thereby ensuring a satisfactory buying experience.

Some potential customers gained a new understanding of the brand and project after the launch on June 30. Many came with friends and families, showing great interest in the 15,000-square-meter garden to be built and looking forward to the experience of Times Property's national first-class management.

A customer who had purchased a home in Times Cambridge Phase I, read related news and was optimistic about the project. He brought relatives with him this time and wanted to buy another home. He said excitedly that he is very happy and lucky to be one of the first owners in our project.

Apart from the priority in selecting homes, each of the VIP customers received a generous gift from Guangzhou Branch (North). All present could experience home appliances on the spot, including refrigerators and juice extractors. They could also enjoy delicious, nutritious food, and each customer who closed a deal that day was entitled to break open a golden egg and receive the corresponding gift.

As the activity drew to a close, Manager Li Zutao, the head of sales at Times Cambridge (Huadu), made a brief promotional speech and expressed thanks to all the new owners. He encouraged them to bring more friends and relatives into the Times family. The presale offering concluded amid joyful applause.
