Times E-Park (Tianhe) and Guangzhou Software Industry Association held the strategic cooperation signing & service center listing ceremony, in which it was announced that the two parties had officially become strategic partners as of August 2. In the future, Times E-Park (Tianhe) will cooperate with the Software Industry Association Service Center to provide the area's information technology enterprises with incubation cultivation, operation support and angel investment services so as to promote the growth and development of enterprises and build the office benchmark of Tianhe Technology.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Liang Jianhua, president of the Guangzhou Software Industry Association; Mr. Lin Weibin, director of the Industrial Development Office of the Management Committee of Tianhe Science Park; Mr. Wei Yonglin, the secretary of Lingtang Village Committee of Tianhe District; and Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, general manager of Times Commercial as well as other guests.

Guangzhou Software Industry Association President Liang Jianhua stated that the Software Industry Association and Times E-Park (Tianhe) had complementary professional advantages and would implement resource sharing through strategic cooperation. It was the association's first attempt to integrate a service center in the park. Henceforth, the association will exert its powerful resources and appeal in the software industry as the means to introduce more high-quality enterprises to Times E-Park.

The Guangzhou Software Industry Association is Guangzhou's only 5A industrial community organization and key-type NGO consisting of enterprises engaged in software research and production. Thus, it has absorbed many backbone software enterprises from the surrounding area. Currently, the association has 59 standing director units and 819 association members, and it provides services for more than 1,200 enterprises. The association, with its rich industrial resources, can offer multiple services, including venture-capital investment and financial services, authentication of qualifications and industry communication.

The Software Industry Association Service Center of Times E-Park (Tianhe) has been officially established. Consequently, it will build an industrial service platform for all information technology enterprises stationed in the park, provide services for enterprises, satisfy enterprises' development demands in a timely manner, and support the growth and development of participating enterprises.

Times Commercial's General Manager Wang Yuanyuan stated that the establishment of Guangzhou Software Industry Association Service Center in Times E-Park (Tianhe) would further concentrate software information industries in the area, promote the upgrading of the quality services of the project, incubate and cultivate high-quality software information/innovation enterprises, and jointly promote the development of the new high- technology industries in Tianhe Smart City.
