A grand handover launch ceremony for Times Laguna Primary School built by Times Property Group was held on the morning of August 16, 2017. Officials from the Department of Education of Zengcheng District, the Department of Housing and Construction of Zengcheng District, the Yongning Subdistrict Education Center of Zengcheng District and staff from Times Property (East) attended the activity along with hundreds of Times Property home owners.

The primary school (the Fourth Primary School of Yongning Subdistrict) of Times Bridges (Zengcheng) is the first pubic primary school built within the community, and classes are expected to begin this fall. The school has four floors, including 18 classrooms, a language classroom, a mixed-media classroom (projection room), a music classroom (equipment room), an art classroom, a computer classroom, a nature classroom, a calligraphy classroom, a reading room, a science-and-technology activity room and a dance room. Additionally, the school is equipped with four teachers' offices, two administrative offices and a medical room, and each floor is equipped with toilets. The allocation of ordinary classrooms and functional classrooms of the primary school is reasonable. The classroom environment is spacious and bright, thus encouraging a positive environment for learning.

The primary school's green area encompasses 5,600 square meters. To ensure the overall effect of the school environment, Times Bridges (Zengcheng) has strictly controlled the construction process. The contractor was required to fully understand the overall effect of the drawing before construction and carefully match various trees and shrubs according to the design drawings. In terms of the isolated trees, the best tree pose would be demonstrated. In terms of trees and shrubs planted regularly, the specification and form of the trees must be unified. In terms of the trees planted naturally, they must be well spaced.
