Enterprises, on one hand, suffer from stress due to the increasing cost of social-security plans. On the other hand, employees complain that they don't receive sufficient wages. As companies increasingly realize the essential need for talent, in-house HR departments have set a series of salary and welfare systems to retain talents. Enterprises, however, also face the problem of increasing workforce costs. The question of how to balance the relationship between the two factors has become an urgent matter for enterprises.

In order to help the enterprises located in the park solve such development-related problems, the Innovation Park of Culture Complex invited FESCO, the nationally renowned HR service provider, to give a lecture with the theme of "Addition and Subtraction for Human Resources Efficiency" for the enterprises in the park on October 19, 2017.

The lecture was aimed at the core needs of enterprises in the human-resources module, attracting the participation of nearly 40 employees of enterprises in the park. The lecture was opened by representatives of Times Company Union, who introduced four core Company Union modules to the guests. Meanwhile, it was pointed out that Company Union, as a service provider made more comprehensive by the upgrading of the Innovation Park of Culture Complex in the operation service arm, would, in the future, also provide enterprises in the park with additional, varied professional training activities.

Subsequently, the guest lecturer, Ms. Zhong Yinghua, gave examples to illustrate the means of analyzing the reduction of costs while identifying efficiency improvements and retaining key talents for enterprises, such issues being major challenges that face enterprises. Following in-depth analysis on how to optimize labor costs and increase the salary, a free Q&A session further engaged the audience. After the event, the guests present felt excited. They were reluctant to leave because they hoped they might have the chance to talk with Ms. Zhong.Yinghua.
