A series of events under the banner "Cooperation Among 100 Industrial Parks and 100 Business Associations in Guangzhou," sponsored by the Association of Guangdong Industrial Parks and co-sponsored by Times E-Park (Tianhe) was held on August 25 at Times E-Park (Tianhe). A delegation of more than 60 representatives from famous industrial parks and business associations in the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone arrived at Times E-Park (Tianhe) for inspection and investigation.

The overriding purpose of the events was to enhance communication among parks, associations and trade unions in order to promote their cooperation in the field of investment projects, operation management of parks, project incubations, investment and financing, and the introduction of advanced service agencies. This time, Times E-Park (Tianhe) was chosen as the first stop for a series events in Guangzhou, indicating its lead role among industrial parks.

The delegation listened to the operation-model and development proposals of Times E-Park (Tianhe) and then offered various questions. Operations Director Wu Ying gave a detailed introduction and answered the questions one by one.

Times E-Park (Tianhe), the first masterpiece of E-Park series, is built by Times Commercial as a next-generation ecological creative complex. It is located in the core area of Smart City in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, with easy access via Line 21 of Guangzhou Metro at Smart City Station of Guangzhou-Foshan Loop. Times E-Park (Tianhe) relies on the advantages of regional industry development and will therefore design an ecosystem based on Guangzhou's progressive IT industry.

Times E-Park (Tianhe) was formally opened to business tenants in April 2017. Today there are several well-known organizations in the park, including the Guangdong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute and WE+ Cowork. As a result of business attraction, it is estimated that more than 400 companies will reside in the park, with annual output reaching RMB 8.5 billion, the annual tax revenue reaching RMB 850 million and more than 8,000 jobs. The program "Cooperation Among 100 Industrial Parks and 100 Business Associations in Guangzhou" is a better way to open channels through which to share business attraction and promote the prosperous development of the industry.

Finally, the representatives of associations commended the landscape design, supporting amenities and characteristic services of Company Union at Times E-Park (Tianhe), and extended intention for further cooperation.

Recently, Times E-Park (Tianhe) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guangzhou Software Industry Association and joined the Smart Innovation Association of Guangdong Province. This series of actions heralds the acceleration of project development at Times E-Park (Tianhe).
