The skies over Guangzhou City's Huadu District finally cleared on the morning of September 7, 2017, thus heralding fortune and prosperity after a week of constant rain. As if the weather was so destined, the grand commencement ceremony for Times Zilin (Huadu) was held as planned.

Mr. Cheng Xiuzhong, vice president of Times Property Group and general manager of the Guangzhou Branch (North); Mr. Zhang Bo, deputy general manager of the Brand and Marketing Center of the Group; staff members of the Group's Project Management Center and Design Management Department; Mr. Wang Sheng, general manager of Times Neighborhood Property Management (Qingyuan); Messrs. Wei Haiqing, Xu Yongjun and Fu Bing, assistant managers of Guangzhou Branch (North), and other guests from that branch attended the ceremony, where together they witnessed the momentous occasion.

The ceremony started at 10:15, a propitious time. General Manager Cheng led the officers and staff members in lighting incense as a wish for the smooth commencement of the Times Zilin project and the outstanding success of Guangzhou Branch (North). Subsequently, Mr. Cheng delivered a speech in which he introduced the development plan for the new project and offered best wishes for the prospects of Guangzhou Branch (North).

As skyrockets shot skyward and firecrackers popped, the project set forth on its journey to fame and prestige. As the ceremony started, the dragon dancing teams danced high and happily to wish the project great success and prosperity. Following a wonderful dragon dance, the officers and the guests enjoyed delicious food together. The guests, imbued with feelings of hope and happiness, received cash gifts from Mr. Cheng. Thus the commencement ceremony concluded amid a great salvo.

Times Zilin (Huadu) is located at the center of Furong Town, east of Xiuquan Reservoir. The area will be developed as a cultural recreation center and living place. A tourism city covering approximately 200 mu is being built, and other civil amenities are being equipped, including schools, parks, fire protection facilities and other municipal facilities. Line 9 of Guangzhou Metro is expected to be completed in 2017, and Line 8 will open to traffic in 2023. Huadu New District has become the central area and residential center. The opening of this project serves to enhance the company's brand influence in Huadu. As always, the project will provide more people with the life to which they can look forward.
