Ziyuan of Times Cambridge (Huadu) Blossoms: Brand New Marketing Center and 185-square-meter Model House Launched
The brand-new Marketing Center of Times Cambridge (Huadu) and its 185-square-meter Ziyuan model house opened on August 19. The model, which is emblematic as the unison of humanistic and artistic principles at Times Cambridge (Huadu), captured the attention of customers and Huadu citizens from the moment it was revealed to the public.
That morning, at 10 o'clock, the new Marketing Center of Times Cambridge (Huadu) debuted, having been fully decorated for its opening ceremony. Large number so people crowded the square in anticipation of the event. They wanted to be among the first to see it.
As new and current owners watched, in the company of others from the public, Assistant General Manager Wei Haiqing of Guangzhou Branch (North), General Manager Zhong Zhide of the Medium and Long Term Project Transformation Business Department of the Guangzhou Branch (North) and Assistant General Manager Xu Yongjun of the Guangzhou Branch (North) took to the stage for the ribbon-cutting portion of the ceremony. Thus the Marketing Center of Times Cambridge (Huadu) was officially inaugurated and opened for business.
Subsequently, there came the lion-dance performance and lion's eye painting ritual, which together formed a rich and profound traditional culture of southern Guangdong. The powerfully symbolic lions were held high as colorful fireworks filled the air, and the extraordinary dancing won the hearts of all who saw it. Ultimately, one lion reached the highest part of the stage, took the green vegetable--a symbol of fortune--and let the guests paint its eyes to herald the blessings of good luck and great fortune for Times Cambridge (Huadu).
Later, customers were given the chance to see the brand-new Marketing Center. It was crowded in front of the model display and consultation area, as the customers eagerly sought the best views. Members of the sales staff recommended the optimal home types and patiently described their features.
Times Cambridge (Huadu) had arranged for a barista to offer customers world-famous Blue Mountain Jamaican drip coffee. The aroma from that deep-bodied brew hovered enticingly in the Marketing Center. So, along with the attractive works of art exhibited throughout the Marketing Center, the customers could sip the delicious beverage provided by Times Cambridge.
Beside the Marketing Center, another main character was the 185-square-meter Ziyuan model house meticulously built by Times Cambridge (Huadu). The model, placed at the center of the property, occupies the entire floor. It has two adjoining bedrooms, a 30-square-meter extended balcony, a living room six meters in length, and many other superior features. It is indeed the king of homes at Times Cambridge (Huadu). Thus the uniquely luxurious visual decor of Ziyuan has become a reality for all to see.
Beside the high-quality decor, there were also a model show and ikebana performance to display the high-quality, humanistic and artistic aura of the Ziyuan model home.
Many customers spoke highly of Ziyuan and showed great interest in the decor. Two adjoining bedrooms and a 30-square-meter balcony with circular profile were also enthusiastically received.
The ceremony ended in delight for all who attended. The brand-new Marketing Center of Times Cambridge (Huadu) and the Ziyuan model house had debuted in stunning fashion. Moreover, the trailer for a micro film titled "I Am in Shiling Town," produced by Times Cambridge (Huadu), was launched to great response from members of the media. Like the carefully arranged chessboard in front of the Marketing Center, Times Cambridge (Huadu)'s concept was to bring the humanities and arts to Huadu and Shiling, creating a place of return for intrepid "life stylists." In the future, Times Cambridge (Huadu) will present, to the citizens of Huadu, more brilliant products so that unique properties of this community will shine bright as a highpoint in Shiling.
