The salon of Enterprises IPO and Subsequent Capital Operation was held by the Guangzhou Software Industry Association at Times E-Park (Tianhe) on August 21. The event was attended by the vice president of the Software Industry Association and more than 40 heads and senior managers from council and membership companies.

The salon unfolded with emphasis on the process and control of an IPO, the multilevel capital market and the choice of listing strategies. As the keynote speaker, Guangzhou Software Industry Association President Liang Jianhua, who is also chairman of the Guangdong Super Telecom & Software Co., Ltd., explained the IPO process in detail by using as an example his company, Super Telecom & Software (603322). Moreover, he analyzed the problems to which domestic companies should pay particular attention throughout the IPO process. He then spoke extensively about the CSRC approval process and the specific division of duties.

After Mr. Liang finished his talk, the attendees were eager to ask questions, in which they mentioned the difficulties they had encountered during the IPO process. Professor Cui Yi, of the School of Business Administration at South China University of Technology, as the special guest of the salon together with Mr. Liang Jianhua, listened attentively and answered the questions as fully as possible.

The event was a major exchange activity organized by the GZSIA and Times E-Park (Tianhe) as part of an effort to promote the development of the software industry. It has served to build confidence of enterprises in the software information service industry regarding their IPO aspirations and about solving core issues that have plagued such enterprises during the audit phase on the way toward their IPOs. The participants praised the event, saying the activity served an important role as a guide toward their future entry into the capital market.

As a gathering place of the software industry in Tianhe District, Times E-Park (Tianhe) demonstrates concern for the dynamics of the software information industry as it provides strong support for development. Thus, the salon stood out as an activity oriented toward professionals, occurring for the first time after the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between Times E-Park (Tianhe) and the GZSIA. In the future, the GZSIA will introduce more high-quality IT enterprise resources for Times E-Park (Tianhe) so as to intensify the concentration of the project software information industry. The two sides will make Times E-Park (Tianhe) the leading new-generation IT incubator in Guangzhou.
