Guangzhou Branch (East) received the 1,174 owners (second group) of Building 8-13 of Times Bridges (Zengcheng) to accept their homes from August 25 to September 6, 2017.

The tall arched door, red carpet and red lantern came into view. The site for the delivery of Times Bridges (Zengcheng), freshly decorated, looked particularly joyous. It was dressed up as a sign of welcome to the owners.

The service personnel received the owners with enthusiastic professionalism. They guided the owners’ cars, offered fruit, drinks and ice cream in the reception area, and provided movies to watch in their leisure time. It all made for a warm, relaxed homecoming.

During the home-inspection phase, the owners received one-on-one service from knowledgeable staff, who opened umbrellas to shade the owners. Overall, there was gracious concern for the owners. After the inspection the owners were given careful explanations, which ensured that everyone would feel confident in their new life.
