Times Property Center earns another "star"

On November 2, 2017, the Conference on Yuexiu Gold Card First Issuance and Star-Level Business Building Development was held in the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Center at Guangdong International Hotel. As the business landmark card with the most mature development in Guangzhou, Times Property Center was again invited, where it was again distinguished as a "Four-Star Business Building in Yuexiu District." The distinction is due in part to the facility's cutting-edge hardware configuration and high-end business services.

As part of the first wave of "star-level business buildings" in Yuexiu District, the unique hardware amenities of Times Property Center have long been favored by domestic company headquarters and the operations of foreign enterprises such as United Parcel Service (UPS), Global International Freight Agency (China) Co., Ltd., Kraft Foods Inc., Centaline Property, Hutchison Whampoa Limited, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., China Guangfa Bank, Dafushi Investment, among others.

In 2016, Times Property took over the Times Property Center in 2016, whereupon it integrated the building's comprehensive services with the systematic professional management in order to create a "customized" experience. This was achieved on the basis of nearly 20 years' innovation in management and service with a constant focus on customer requirements. For example, it made full use of intelligent technology to upgrade the hardware, including such services as mobile phone intelligence access control and an intelligent parking lot.
