Times Neighborhood Integrated Property Management: An Innovative Ecosystem Captivates at the 1st International Property Management Industry Expo
The first International Property Management Industry Expo 2017 was held during the three-day period of October 11 to 13 by the China Property Management Institute, immediately being established as the largest and most authoritative event of its kind. Exhibitors included international model property service providers along with more than 200 outstanding property service enterprises active in China.
Times Neighborhood was invited to the event, and, given its reputation as a property-management company that is keen on science and technology, it was made clear that the Integrated Property Management ecosystem would always be welcome to attend. Having been present at the first edition of the Expo in 2016, it returned with the concept of "zero fees, high profits and intelligent management." This kind of open, inclusive attitude and community resource sharing platform was well received by all.
Community Resource Sharing Platform Warmly Welcomed
The Times Neighborhood booth was very popular, and representatives from small- and medium-size enterprises streamed in to discuss the possibilities of cooperation. In fact, the entire venue was filled with people. Mr. Xia Guanming, the general manager of Times Neighborhood, told businesses how to broaden their income sourcing and economize on expenditures. Bang, the handsome mascot, attracted countless fans to have their photos taken, and there was a Virtual Reality exhibit with which to experience practice VR control. Perhaps the most surprising aspect was that the top 100 customers who had the intention to register could enjoy the community resource sharing platform of Integrated Property Management system free of charge.
As the leader of industrial modernization through transformation and a successful practitioner of community-based O2O, Times Neighborhood has for many years been appreciated by industry leaders. Thus, the visitors to the booth included Mr. Shen Jianzhong, the president of China Property Management Institute; Mr. Zhao Fulin, the editor-in-chief of China Property Management magazine; Mr. Luo Xiaogang, Mr. Li Jiahe and Mr. Yang Guoxian, who alternately serve as presidents of the Guangdong Property Management Industry Institute; Mr. Cao Yang, the president of the Shenzhen Property Management Association; Mr. Chen Jiwei, the secretary-general of the Guangdong Property Management Industry Institute; and Mr. Li Changjiang, the general manager of Country Garden. Times Neighborhood General Manager Xia Guanming gave a talk in which he described the innovation and persistence of Integrated Property Management 3.0, which was highly commended by President Shen and the delegation.
Later, President Shen and the delegation attended the launch ceremony for Times Neighborhood's "Community Resource Sharing Platform." Mr. Shen led the platform together with Mr. Xia, so that Times Neighborhood could embark toward the attainment of a common goal with more small- and medium-size enterprises.
The Integrated Property Management Ecosystem Is Increasingly Popular
In addition to the excitement of the Expo, the third China Property Management Innovation and Development Forum was heatedly discussed. Again, Times Neighborhood was recognized as a leader in the "innovation industry" based on the overall ecological property and the successful practice of the ecological community-based O2O. General Manager Xia was invited to attend the "Traditional Property and Future Cities" forum, bringing knowledge of his Integrated Property Management ecosystem, which has been successfully implemented in more than 100 communities.
Mr. Xia, speaking at the forum, elaborated on the newly upgraded Integrated Property Management ecosystem, and used his successful experience to tell his peers how to break all kinds of difficulties that enterprises are facing by opening up sources of income and cutting expenditure. On one hand, he said we should make full use of "cool tech" to create a vertical control model featuring "Platform + VR + AR + Robot + Service," entirely realizing the "de-intermediation" and "de-regularization" of daily management and on-site service, thereby saving all intermediate links and costs, and continuously "cutting expenses" for enterprises. In comparison, he said, the Linglibang app--as the core component of the Integrated Property Management system--takes the rapid transformation of the traditional O2O from "high frequency and low profit" to "low frequency and high profit" while also creating an innovative model of O2C2B, combining C2B with O2O. Thus, Neighborhood Circle was officially launched this year.
In addition to providing an overall support for the service output, technical support and operation management of peer companies through an open, shared platform, the Integrated Property Management ecosystem fully shares all the core resources of the ecosystem, mobilizes community resources, integrates high-quality businesses and realizes the "maximization" of community economic value so as to achieve symbiosis and win-win business for every enterprise within the ecosystem and ultimately become the leading ecological indicator of the property. In conclusion, Mr. Xia stated that the Times Integrated Property Management ecosystem is the best "third choice" for modern property companies in the present and future.
The enthralling speech attracted the attention of numerous media channels. Once the forum had ended, the person in charge of the event was interviewed by many mainstream outlets such as Sina, Tencent, Sofang.com and China Property Management Institute, and he elaborated on the impact of the Integrated Property Management ecosystem with respect to the transformation and development of industries and property companies.
As a presidential-level member of the China Property Management Institute, during the Expo, the exhibition work of Times Neighborhood was carried out in an orderly manner. Events and personnel were arranged in perfect order and were thus highly recognized by industry leaders and sponsors. Times Neighborhood won the "Excellent Organization" award. Ms. Xie Rao, the deputy general manager of Times Neighborhood Group, was invited to receive the honor on her organization's behalf.
The three-day event saw 250 peer companies negotiate for cooperation, of which more than 50 companies proceeded to the follow-up phase of discussing strategic cooperation. Consequently, Times Neighborhood has received letters of visits and exchanges from nearly 100 companies. As the benchmark for leading the Internet-based reform of the industry, the Integrated Property Management ecosystem of Times Neighborhood has been received enthusiastically. This has not only boosted the future development of the industry under the Internet+, but has also expanded the brand influence and appeal of the Times Neighborhood Group.
