The year 2017 was one in which we embarked upon a journey toward a new goal. In the inaugural year of the first three-year plan, we over-fulfilled the task and achieved fruitful results. Accordingly, in 2018 we'll take a bigger step toward that high goal as we strive for excellence and forge ahead.

The annual party of Times Property Group was held on February 12 at the Guangzhou Dong Fang Hotel. More than 1,000 people attended the event, which is traditionally the Group's largest corporate gathering.

The lights dimmed, the fun began with a short film titled "Striving to Forge Ahead." Different representatives from different lines of the company reviewed the goals they had set in early 2017 and the remarkable achievements they made after a year of constant effort. Despite any obstacle, Times Property will push all the way to its goal.

Later, a documentary called "Important Events of Times Property" was shown, and the Times members looked back at the extraordinary journey of past years. The many milestones were commemorated in the knowledge that the joy of achievement is worth sharing.

Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, chairman of the Board of Directors of Times Property Group, made a speech: "In 2017," he said, "Times Property did a lot of things and achieved some results. So, with the opening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we'll also seize new opportunities for China's rapid development and move toward greater goals in 2018, making great strides and striving to forge ahead. People are extraordinary because of their ideals. They are great because of their efforts.

Outstanding Times Members Power the Enterprise with Dreams

Each step in the progress of Times Property depends on the conscientious action of Times members. Thus, the short film titled "Back of the Times" was made for Times members who are serious about their work and persist in quiet concentration.

The party featured a special award segment in which to pay tribute to the teams and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the company. The calling of names brought waves of applause and admiration.

In the annual service-award segment, seven employees who have worked at Times Property for one, four, six, eight, 10 and 18 years, respectively, took to the stage. The numbers of their years in service became intertwined on a path toward the future. On that road we see memories of struggle; we savor the flowers of victory that grow more abundant with Times Property.

Times Property Grows Brighter with Love and Perseverance

Because of your benevolence, Times conveys more love.

Times Property always strives to prioritize the sustainable development of the company and to uphold its social responsibility. Adhering to the combined values of "love, commitment, and creation," the Times Property Charity Foundation has passed through 15 years since its establishment. The "Love Action Award," "Love Ambassador," "Excellent Officer," "Excellent Club" and other awards were also presented at this year's party to motivate everyone to continue their hard work, dedication and loving spirit in 2018.

Times Property has, in the past year, implemented the corporate banner themes of "Punctuality" and "No Smoking," effectively improving work efficiency in order to ensure a healthy atmosphere. To that end, a special "non-smoking recognition" event was added to the party in order to encourage more colleagues to start from dribs and drabs and ultimately become better, thus supporting the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Subsequently, Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, chairman of the Board of Directors of Times Property Group, and 10 senior executives joined together on the stage and save the company song. They offered a toast, shared the joy of a good harvest and expressed the hope for a bright future.

The annual meeting, of course, was also full of exciting links to lucky drawings. In order to thank all the employees for their efforts, several drawings were held throughout the event. A cash pool valued at tens of thousands, an iPhone X and other prizes contributed to the fabulous atmosphere.

On this extraordinary evening, the Times members gathered to share the fruits of their hard work in 2017 and celebrate the New Year. They shared hopes for a great 2018 with Times Property, knowing the success of 2017 has laid a solid foundation. In 2018, the Times members will continue their efforts on the path to glory.

The change of the world situation and the rise of China have provided unprecedented opportunities for the development of Times.
