A gathering heralded as "China's Top 100 Players in Commercial Real Estate Awards Ceremony 2017," sponsored by the Guardian research firm, was held at the Hong Kong Kerry Hotel on November 20.

Guardian, a leading provider of information, data and analysis pertaining to China's real-estate industry, is an omni-media authority covering the upstream and downstream chain of the property-development sector. The company's board, which organizes the annual rankings and awards, tracks the performance of commercial property developers along with industry dynamics and economic trends, rating enterprises on the integrated standards of operation, management, brand and innovation. For the fourth consecutive year it has honored the best enterprises and teams in the domestic commercial real-estate industry.

Thanks to robust operations, exploration of diversified layout and pursuit of excellence in products, Times Commerce was included on the list of "China Top 100 Players in Commercial Real Estate for two straight years: 2016 and 2017. The second year, it was also recognized as "the most influential domestic commercial real-estate developer of the year."
