From 14:30 to 17:00 of January 5, 2018, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Panyu District held the Annual Work Summary Conference of Construction in its conference room. Officials from the Housing and Construction Bureau of Panyu District and representatives of 260 projects currently under construction attended the conference. The gathering emphasized the implementation of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, promotion of the spirit of craftsmanship and building of a strong, quality-oriented nation. The conference defined the focus and direction of project quality management throughout the district in 2018, the reinforcement in administrative punishment in regard to insufficient project quality and the implementation of such systems as project construction application, migrant workers' salary and independent account management.

The industrialized construction model and corporate quality philosophy of Times Property were recognized during the conference, with recognition that Times Property has promoted and enhanced the project construction management level of Panyu District. Additionally, in regard to the contribution that Park Laurel (Guangzhou) made in the quality inspection and project-excellence exchange as the representative project of Panyu District, constructors of Park Laurel (Guangzhou) were, as a form of encouragement, awarded "Leading Entity of Quality (Project Quality)" and "Advanced Construction Site of Safe Construction" medals for the year 2017. Thus it further enhanced the influence of Times Property in the Panyu District.
