Times Baowan Revival Project Commenced! The Future High-end International Logistics Park in South China
A commencement ceremony for the Times Baowan revival project was launched on December 23 under a bright winter sun. Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, general manager of Times Commercial; Mr. Zhong Guihua, the CPC branch secretary of Revival Village in Panyu District; Mr. Song Tao, the vice-general manager of the business administration of Nanshan Group; and Mr. Yang Chao, the general manager of Baowan Logistics, along with other officials and colleagues of Times Commercial departments, were on hand to witness the excitement.
That morning at 10:15 a.m., General Manager Wang Yuanyuan led the officials and guests in the traditional blessing of incense-burning to wish the Times Baowan revival project a wonderful start and lasting success. Subsequently, a group photo was taken. With soaring firecrackers echoing through the sky, the majestic, noble atmosphere was unimaginably dramatic. The commencement ceremony of Times Baowan revival project came to a successful end in laughter and joyful cheering.
The Times Baowan revival project is a strategic cooperative effort by Times Commercial and Baowan Logistics under the principle of "cooperation for mutual benefits and win-win." Following the signature of the strategic cooperation agreement on July 31, the project was rapidly secured. The commencement ceremony was a resounding success due to the concerted efforts of teams on both sides.
The project has a total planned area of approximately 150,000 square meters, and the site--which is located in a modern industrial base under planning in Guangzhou's Panyu District--is surrounded by numerous industrial parks for production, research/development, exhibition and logistics. The Times Baowan revival project symbolizes Times Commercial's diverse business portfolio and significant presence in the logistics real-estate sector. It's also the first management project for Baowan Logistics. Given the need for a rationalized space layout in urban logistical facilities, Times Baowan Revival Park will serve as the hub for the centralized, clustered construction of logistical facilities and many providers of logistical services in the region.
The project, in the future, will become a high-end international logistics park in South China, dedicated to the centralization of modern logistical facilities and unified logistical operations. It will offer professional, large-scale operation, capitalizing on the many advantages of promoting logistical technology, improved service quality and strengthened economies of scale. Through the development and operation model of win-win cooperation, it will promote economic development in the surrounding region.
