Times Property's "First" Provincial Construction Process Published on the Website of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province

As one of the first projects under the Group's Industrialized Construction System 1.0, the Group encourages participants in the construction of Park Laurel (Guangzhou) to summarize construction experience, innovative technology management and development and application of construction process timely. Based on such efforts, the project will continuously enhance the Group's core technological competency while elevating its construction technology and project quality level so as to promote the overall transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, thus making it possible for the Group to achieve incremental growth. Under the leadership of the Group and branches, Park Laurel (Guangzhou) project developed the "High-precision light partition masonry construction process" and the "Shear wall pull-on aluminum shuttering installation and construction process." These two provincial-level processes have been featured on the website of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province.
