A grand commencement ceremony for the Times King City (Heshan) project began at 9:30 in the morning on January 16, 2018. Senior officers of Times Property Foshan Branch, such as Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Huabin, Deputy General Manager Mr. Yu Yongguang, Times Neighborhood Foshan Office General Manager Ms. Ruan Yumei, attended the ceremony.

The crowd stood in awe of the brightly colored flags and crackling fireworks as the ceremony was launched. The senior officers burned incense and cut roasted piglet, as is customary, to wish for the success and prosperity of the undertaking. Ten dancing lions offered earnest blessings for the commencement of the project.

The Times King City (Heshan) project is located south of Jiujiang Bridge, adjacent to Foshan-Kaiping Highway and 325 National Highway.
