A commencement ceremony for Times Yanshan Lake (Heshan) Project opened at 9:30 a.m. on December 26, 2017. Senior officers from Times Property Foshan Branch were present, including Branch General Manager Mr. Zhou Siyang and Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Huabin. Foshan Branch officers Mr. Yu Yongguang and Mr. Luo Renzong also attended.

In the morning, brightly colored flags fluttered in the sky as the ceremony began, while from the high streets and back lanes there was the noisy spectacle of fireworks and firecrackers, to the amazement of the crowd. The senior officers burned incense and cut roasted piglet in the customary way, wishing for the success and prosperity of the Times Yanshan Lake (Heshan) project. Finally, with happiness and blessings, the guests shared the piglet and apples and received lucky money amid an atmosphere of great celebration. The ceremony concluded after a group picture of all the personnel and guests was taken.

The Times Yanshan Lake (Heshan) project is close to the southern extension line of Foshan 1st Ring, Jiujiang Bridge, Foshan-Kaiping Highway and 325 National Highway, thus taking advantage of a comprehensive transportation network.
