The Housing and Construction Bureau of Zengcheng District, seeking to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and build a more prosperous society while adhering to its guiding principle, organized a community of more than 800 people comprising developers, contractors and construction supervisors from throughout the district to participate in an observation meeting on construction-work quality and safety. The day was held on December 1, 2017, at the site of the Times Aerobic City (Guangzhou) project. Mr. Li Yongfa, director of the Housing and Construction Bureau of Zengcheng District; Mr. Liu Kang, the deputy director of the Housing and Construction Bureau of Zengcheng District; Mr. Guo Hanbin, the chief of the Quality and Safety Bureau; and Mr. Zheng Zhihua, the chief of the Construction Project Quality and Safety Supervision Station of Zengcheng District, were among those in attendance.

The first portion of the meeting featured a talk by Deputy Director Liu Kang, who elaborated on the theme: "Uphold the spirit of craftsmanship and build a quality district." He stressed the need to fully implement the main responsibilities of enterprises for the purpose of setting up a typical example and exchange experience, thus improving the district's general level of construction and creating an atmosphere for enterprises to compete for excellence. The meeting was held in order to drive the benign development of the construction industry in Zengcheng District with the Times Aerobic City (Guangzhou) project as the starting point, by which it would be possible to elevate the standardized management of construction. This, he said, will also strengthen communication among the companies responsible for the projects under construction and ensure joint progress.

In the second portion, Mr. Feng Jianzong, assistantto the general manager of Times Property's Guangzhou Branch (East), gave areport on the company's quality-control system and the implementation ofindustrial construction new technology 1.0, now in use at the Times AerobicCity (Guangzhou) project.

The third portion featured Manager Li Wenqiang of the Shantou Chaoyang No. 1 Construction & Installation General Corporation, who gave a report on the implementation of Times Property's standard technology and craftsmanship in the construction process. The new materials include aluminum mold pull tabs, PVC structured pull panels, mortar for masonry, mortar for internal-wall thin plastering, and adhesion agent for external walls. The new technologies pertain to the construction of aluminum-alloy tower-building templates, high-precision concrete floors, high-precision thin-layer masonry, internal-wall thin plastering, hydropower unfold installation, and external-wall high-pressure water-gun hacking. The advanced management approaches include visual management with video monitoring and the engineering quality APP platform for real-time data, acceptance and control.

In the fourth part of the meeting, the Project Department led the visitors on a tour of the work floor, where they exchanged opinions regarding on-site quality-management systems and new technologies for industrial construction.

This on-site observation activity has greatly enhanced the influence of Times Property products in Zengcheng District while helping to solidify its leadership position, enabling the government departments and the construction sector to achieve a mutual understanding of Times Property’s quality-management system, standardized construction, informatization management and new construction technologies. In the future, Times Aerobic City (Guangzhou) will participate in and support excellent projects, improve the overall quality of the project and make great contributions to an abiding principle: "Uphold the spirit of craftsmanship and build a quality district."
