The commencement ceremony of Ocean Times North (Zhongshan) project of Zhongshan Branch was held on the morning of November 5, 2017. General Manager Huang Kai of Zhongshan Branch, Chairman Li Zongxing of the Board of Directors of the Art Treasure Group, the management of the Art Treasure Group, Times staff and guests from partners attended the ceremony, witnessing the historic moment.

The ceremony started precisely at 7:50 a.m. Zhongshan Branch General Manager Huang and Art Treasure Group Chairman Li directed their staff to burn the incense. Prayers were offered for a lucky commencement and a booming market for Ocean Times North (Zhongshan).

General Manager Huang Kai, Chairman Li Zongxing and the management members of the Art Treasure Group then performed the ritual of setting foundation stones with golden spades embellished in red silk. It was then that a volley of gunshots echoed through the sky in salute to the moment.

After the ceremony, all the guests shared in the luscious food. Then, invigorated with hope and happiness, they received red packets from Ms. Xu Qian of the Personnel and Administration Department. Additionally, a group photo was taken to commemorate the successful completion of the ceremony for Ocean Times North (Zhongshan).

Located at the foot of Yaji Mountain and surrounded by many other peaks, Ocean Times North (Zhongshan) enjoys a private mountain setting. Covering an area of 350,000 square meters, it's dedicated to the creation of an extensive urban ecological residential complex with residential buildings, hotels, commercial streets, tourism destinations, shopping malls, cultural centers and life-experience centers within.
