A ceremony to mark the commencement of the Times Mansion (Zhongshan) project of Times China Zhongshan Branch was held on the morning of May 19, 2018. Zhongshan Branch General Manager Huang Kai, Deputy General Manager Fan Lei as well as Mr. Huang's assistant Dong Jianjun and the shareholders' representative of Zhongshan Jinsha Industrial Co., Ltd. were on hand to witness this historic moment together with the many branch employees.

The ceremony started precisely at 9:30 a.m., when Branch General Manager Huang Kai directed the staff to burn incense. Prayers were offered for a successful commencement and a booming market for Times Mansion (Zhongshan).

As the ceremony got into full swing, the teams of lion dancers moved energetically as a wish for the prosperity of the project. Following that wonderful display, Mr. Huang, Mr. Fan, Mr. Dong Jianjun and shareholders' representative from Zhongshan Jinsha Industrial Co., Ltd. performed the ritual of setting foundation stones with golden spades. Immediately thereafter, a volley of salutes echoed through the sky in salute to the moment.

After the ceremony, the leaders and guests enjoyed the luscious food. Thus invigorated with hope and happiness, the guests received red packets with good luck from Zhong Branch. Subsequently, a group photo was taken to commemorate the successful completion of the commencement ceremony for the Times Mansion (Zhongshan) project.

The Times Mansion (Zhongshan) project of Zhongshan Branch is located in the Shalang area, an important economic backdrop of western Zhongshan, where it will exemplify the new standard of luxury.
