In order to promote the healthy competition, quality enhancement and efficiency improvement of industrial parks and accelerate the development level of industrial parks, the 2019 Conference for Industrial Park Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the 4th General Assembly of the 1st Chamber of Commerce of Guangzhou Industrial Parks was held in Guangzhou on January 17, 2019, as the means to promote the healthy competition, quality-enhancement, development and efficiency improvement of industrial parks. With government leaders, the media and enterprise representatives present, Times E-PARK (Tianhe) was recognized as the "Most Promising Industrial Park" in 2018 by the Chamber of Commerce of Guangzhou Industrial Parks.

Times E-PARK (Tianhe) is located in the heart of Tianhe Smart City, a major platform of the 13th Five-Year Plan in Guangzhou. Over Metro Line 21 and the Guangzhou-Foshan Circle Line, it's an ecological office industrial park to which Times Commercial has created through exhaustive effort. The project comprises two development phases and has a total construction area of 270,000 square meters. The first phase consists of seven relatively small high-rise buildings positioned around a central garden of 30,000 square meters. Those buildings were opened for sale in April 2017. Accordingly, the first phase of the project has entered into strategic cooperation with Guangdong Intelligence & Innovation Association and the Guangzhou Software Industry Association. In the process, it has introduced more than 50 leading enterprises in the field of intelligent innovation, including KEDACOM, 21st Century Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Chenchuang Technology Development Co., Ltd. Consequently, the development has been recognized as the "Guangzhou Software Industry Association Service Center," "Guangdong Intelligence & Innovation Association Incubation Base," "International Youth Innovation & Venture Incubation Service Base," and "Guangzhou Youth Employment and Venture Incubation Base." It was rated as one of the "First Pilots for Industrial Parks with Improved Quality and Efficiency in Guangzhou" and "Tianhe Youchuang Incubator," and also won the "Business Value of the Year" honor.

Times E-PARK (Tianhe) has now been included in the key projects of Tianhe District. In the future, the project will be based on the advantages of industrial development of Tianhe Smart City, a vital node of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Technology Innovation Corridor, fully mobilize the resources of intelligent innovation industries, build an intelligent innovation industry chain, forge a leading intelligent innovation industrial park in Southern China, and boost the regional economic development as a window on this flagship technology office park of Times Commercial.
