The Guangzhou Branch (North) held a grand commencement ceremony for the Times-Longfor Dreamland project on the morning of November 26, 2019. Mr. Cheng Xiuzhong, the vice president of Times China Holdings Limited and general manager of the Guangzhou Branch (North), Mr. Mao Wenbin, the general manager of Longfor Group Guangzhou Branch along with the management from both sides.

Times-Longfor Dreamland is a project jointly developed by the Company and the Guangzhou Branch of the Longfor Group. Situated adjacent to the Times Classic (Baiyun) project, it's located in Baiyun District's Renhe Town Airport Economic Zone. It encompasses approximately 103,000 square meters and creates a low-density comfortable community with a plot ratio of only 2.0. The project lies within the 30-minute life circle of the Baiyun New Town business circle and Baiyun International Airport and boasts convenient access to the transportation hub. The Dreamland project jointly built by the two powerhouses of Times China and Longfor Group is sure to set off a new round of quality residential communities in Baiyun District. The leaders and colleagues prayed for blessings, offered worship with the burning of incense, and shoveled earth upon the foundation stone. The air rang with the sound of gongs, drums and fireworks punctuated by cheering and laughter. Everyone expressed hope that the Times-Longfor Dreamland project would go smoothly and be welcomed by a booming market. To that end, both sides will strive toward their mutual success.

The project thus begun will blossom forth with each passing day. We wish for smooth sailing on behalf of the Times-Longfor Dreamland project.
