Deputy Director-General Zhang Jianhua of GMIITB Leads a Delegation to Times E-PARK (Tianhe), Praises Its Enhanced Quality and Efficiency
The Times Commercial project known as Times E-PARK (Tianhe), in 2018, stood out from more than 100 candidate parks in Guangzhou and entered the first group of pilot units for quality and efficiency improvement of industrial parks. Times E-PARK (Tianhe) boasts a superior location and conditions, which are highlighted by an exquisite park environment and complete amenities. On that basis, the key to Times E-PARK (Tianhe)'s selection from a very competitive field is the agglomeration of high-end industrial value chains and the wealth of industrial services it offers. After half a year, Times E-PARK (Tianhe) also achieved great results in regard to quality and efficiency improvement.
Recently, Mr. Zhang Jianhua, a member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director-general of the Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau (GMIITB), led a delegation formed by Mr. Lin Manshan, director of the GMIITB's Industrial Park Division, Mr. Song Aiping, secretary and deputy director-general of the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry Information of Tianhe District, and other leaders to inspect the park's upgrading, transformation and details of operation.
Deputy Director-General Zhang Jianhua, during the inspection tour, listened closely to the reports on park planning, project quality improvement and corporate development at Times E-PARK (Tianhe).
Mr. Zhang emphasized the fact that, as a booster for industrial agglomeration and economic development of Guangzhou, the park was an important representative of regional industrial upgrading as well as a key platform on which to promote the agglomeration of innovative, high-end industries. He stated that the park should continue to focus on quality and efficiency improvement as it strives to ensure high economic value and a stronger industrial value chain.
Meanwhile, Mr. Zhang Jianhua and the delegation spoke highly of the achievements made by Times Commercial in terms of industrial park development, industry incubation, and quality and efficiency improvement. Additionally, Mr. Zhang said the municipal and district industry—along with the bureaus of information technology--should strengthen their communication and linkage with all departments and units, intensify the transformation and upgrading of industrial parks, draw lessons from benchmarking and typical projects, and promote improvements in the quality and efficiency of the city's industrial parks.
Accordingly, Times E-PARK (Tianhe) will continue to cultivate high-quality industries, capitalize upon regional development advantages through the enhanced quality and efficiency of park construction, and contribute new energy to industrial development.
