A grand commencement ceremony was held for Times Dreamland (Qingyuan) (formerly known as Qingyuan Feilai South Plot) on the morning of March 28, 2019. General Manager Chen Qike, Deputy General Manager Yin Sui and Deputy General Manager Chai Mingxing of the Qingyuan & Shaoguan Branch; General Manager Wang Sheng of Times Neighborhood's Qingyuan Branch; representatives of Times' partners, as well as leaders and colleagues attended the ceremony and witnessed the excitement.

At 11:18 a.m. believed to be a lucky moment for commencement, General Manager Chen Qike led all people present to burn incense for worship and prayed for the lucky commencement, prosperity and success of the project. A volley of firecrackers resounded through the skies and symbolized that the new project would surely enjoy strong sales.

Amid the congratulations, the guests shared their joy and excitement, as well as the roast piglet, apples, and other delicacies. Afterward, General Manager Chen Qike distributed the luck moneys that meant good luck, and the whole ceremony came to a complete conclusion.

The Times Dreamland (Qingyuan) project is located in the center of the city and enjoys a front-row view of the 3,000-mu Feilai Lake Wetland Park; the developed Wanda business circle is just at the doorstep; within 800 meters of the project are Feilaihu Primary School, Feilaihu Middle School and Qingyuan No. 3 Middle School.
