Cordial Exchange for Development Progress: A Meeting Is Held Between Times China and the Government of Baiyun District
Shum Chiu Hung, the board chairman of Times China, led a delegation to visit the Government of Baiyun District, Guangzhou on the morning of March 24, 2020, where the two sides held discussions so as to set a solid foundation for Times China's intensive development in Baiyun District.
Zhao Junming, secretary of the CPC Committee of Baiyun District; Pan Zhijun, executive deputy mayor of the district; Yang Yanze, director of the CPC Committee Office of the district; Cheng Xiuzhong, vice president of Times China Holdings and general manager of Guangzhou Branch (North); Lu Qing, vice president of Times China Holdings and general manager of the Investment Development Center, along with officials from the Planning and Natural Resources Sub-bureau of Baiyun District, the Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Baiyun District, the Bureau of Investment Promotion of Baiyun District and Times China Guangzhou Branch (North) joined Mr. Shum for the meeting.

Executives from Times China introduced the basic status of the Company and the project progress in Baiyun District to the Government of Baiyun District, and pointed out that Times China as a locally renowned property enterprise that was first established in Baiyun District, has developed into a high-quality urban service system that integrates industrial and commercial operations, urban renewal, community service and operation of capital platforms. Meanwhile, it was mentioned that Times China would endeavor to facilitate urban renewal and integration between industries and cities in Baiyun District by focusing on the "1358" strategic development arrangement. It would proactively participate in auctions in the district's open land market, enlarge investment and drive development progress in the district.

Officials from the Government of Baiyun District greeted their guests from Times China, whereupon they gave a detailed description of the policy-adjustment plans related to urban renewal in Baiyun District, in which the basic concept of open participation of enterprises under guidance of the Government was advocated. Meanwhile, it was mentioned that Baiyun District would bring in talents and list 72 land lots on the open market so as to create a favorable business environment for enterprises. Thus, the Government of Baiyun District the position of Times China in the development industry and expressed the desire for the company's continued activity in the district.
