Times Urban-renewal group and Excellence Urban Renewal join together for mutual benefit

A signing ceremony for strategic cooperation between Times Urban Renewal and Excellence Urban Renewal was held in Guangzhou on the afternoon of April 28, 2021. Adhering to mutual development and good-faith effort, the two sides entered a long-term strategic cooperation agreement regarding the business chain of renewal-oriented development and operations.

Given the focus on the urban-renewal market in the Greater Bay Area, the two sides will capitalize upon their brand effects and industry profiles for better resource sharing and shared benefits. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, the board chairman of Times China, said that Excellence Urban Renewal Group has a business roadmap similar to that of Times Urban Renewal Group. He expressed hope that through their cooperation the two sides could exchange opinions on reconstruction as they integrate channels and share resources, doing so to heighten the market and brand value of the two groups in the urban-renewal segment.

The two sides should combine the strength of each other in terms of resources, talent and experience for the strategic cooperation in their practice in the urban-renewal market of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. By doing so, he said, they could promote positive development, improve the urban residential environment and enhance the image of China's cities.
