On March 19, the third list of "Excellent Asset-Management Projects" under the 2021 Asia-Pacific Commercial Real Estate Summit was released in Shanghai. The "Excellent Asset-Management Projects" honorees were selected by IREM China Shanghai based on evaluation of the comprehensive performance and innovations in asset-management projects from the perspective of full-life-cycle asset management and dimensions, including core investment indicators, project positioning, leasing strategies and leasing management, operation and value-added service, equipment and energy-consumption management, and pandemic control and countermeasures. The three awards bestowed on Times Commercial are indicative of the recognition accorded the company's projects.
