On the morning of January 16, 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Times Mark (Huizhou) urban-renewal project was held as scheduled. Mr. Wu Xianmin, the secretary of the CPC Committee of the HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Mr. Wang Yunbo, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and the director of the Office of the "Two Committees" of the Zone, Mr. Deng Li, the deputy director of the Management Committee of the Zone, Mr. Lu Qing, the vice president of Times China Holdings Limited and general manager of Investment Development and Urban Renewal Center, Mr. Chen Liang, the general manager of Times China Huizhou Branch, officials of relevant departments of the Zone, officials of Chenjiang Sub-district, entire staff of Times China Huizhou Branch and guests of partners attended the groundbreaking ceremony!

The event began with an exhilarating lion dance at 10:28 in the morning. General Manager Chen Liang took to the stage for a rousing speech, in which he expressed gratitude to all of the guests. He then introduced the future development plan for Times Mark's urban-renewal project and expressed wishes for the project on behalf of Huizhou Branch. Mr. Deng Li, the deputy director of the Management Committee of the HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, gave a speech in which he warmly offered congratulations for the commencement of the urban-renewal project in Baiyunshan Village. He reviewed the past year's major results in urban renewal along Zhongkai Avenue and illustrated the bright future of HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone's development with a promising blueprint.

Subsequently, the 11 leaders, including Secretary Wu Xianmin, General Manager Lu Qing and General Manager Chen Liang, heaped earth upon the foundation stone and prayed for the good fortune of the project. The fireworks and salutes sent their auspicious wishes skyward on behalf of the Times Mark urban-renewal project.

The project is located in the core area of Chenjiang, east of Baiyun Road and south of Zhongkai Avenue, where it will serve as an important project at the western Zhongkai Avenue. It will be developed as a comprehensive service area integrating commerce, residence and public facilities, providing quality houses for more people and helping more people live the lifestyle they are longing for. The groundbreaking ceremony came to a successful conclusion after the group photo of all the guests. We wish for the success of the undertaking.
