Times China Holds the 2021 Brand Launch: From Life to Creating Life
On August 5, 2021, the 2021 Brand Launch of Times China titled “From Life to Creating Life” was held in Guangzhou. Times China released the blockbusting 5A product system of “Ideal Life” to fully practice the concept of “creating services,” share the practical experience of community operation and create a new sample of ideal life.
As people's demand for a better life continuously rises, their understanding of the residential environment is also changing. A house is no longer a physical living space in a simple sense, but a way of life that carries rich spiritual and cultural connotations.
Mr. Zhou Siyang, joint president of Times China Group, said in his speech at the launch event that Times China has been established for 22 years and recorded sales of RMB 100 billion in the previous year. Over the years, the Group has always been serving the whole life chain and exploring new possibilities of residential needs through the three major dimensions -- products, services and communities -- with the spirit of unceasing creativity.

Creating products: Launching the “Ideal Life” 5A product system
Products are the carrier to create life. Mr. Xiang Jie, general manager of the Design and R&D Center of Times China Group, said that the ideal wonderful life happens not only in the living space but also in the integrated urban space. Moreover, such life should be artistic, humanized, quality, smart and convenient. Based on this concept, Times China has created a whole new “Ideal Life” 5A product system.

1. The ideal life should be integrated. Integrity is an interpretation of the rich and diversified product lines of Times China. In addition to residential communities, a total of six product lines comprising industrial offices, shopping centers, industrial logistics, special towns and cultural tourism were released to meet the needs of urban life in all aspects.
2. The ideal life should be artistic. In terms of product aesthetics, Times China persists with the product concept of “fashionable and artistic.” Times China is always persistent and dedicated to aesthetics. Mr. Xiang Jie said that Times China has always insisted on building architectural facades with rhythm and rhyme, creating natural and harmonious gardens, and strictly controlling the gray scale, proportion and rendering index of colors to define the aesthetics of interior spaces. The presenter of this event was the representative sculpture character “Butterfly Fairy” of Times China in the garden area. Her anthropomorphic, highly creative presentation added unique elements to the event.
3. The ideal life should be humanized, and Times China, as a detail-oriented company, follows the concept of human-oriented design, refines the product details as if it’s creating a work of art, and continuously launches products with care and forethought.
4. The ideal life should be one of high quality. Times China has always adhered to strict construction standards, using advanced production approaches and information-based management means to create high-quality products. For example, we’ve created the first industry-leading digital quality-management system and developed an information-management system with self-owned intellectual property rights to conduct the real-time monitoring of 1,337 processes.
5. The ideal life should be smart. Times China has invested great efforts in intelligent operations. For example, it cooperated with Alibaba to build an integrated control platform for smart communities while ensuring customer convenience through technological support.

In addition to an integrated urban service puzzle, an artistic aesthetic feast, a life insight that respects human nature, an advanced and rigorous construction process, and an “intelligent community complex” that creates the future, Times China will persistently produce quality products to offer more people a chance to capture the ideal life.
Creating services: Surpassing the customer’s expectation
Good services can bring surprises and touches to community residents. Based on the insight of people's needs for a better life, Times China has upgraded its services and put forward the concept of “creating services.”
What is meant by the phrase “creating services”? At the event, Ms. Wang Meng, the executive director and CEO of Times Neighborhood, said it means creating a wonderful experience that transcends expectations.
Times China has improved the service experience of Times communities around four dimensions: “Scale, speed, warmth and depth.” For example, a set of service standards covering the entire business formats and the full life cycle have been developed, and more than 800 service standards have been refined in every aspect of community life. Ms. Wang said, “The only way to offer a wonderful experience -- one that goes past what the customer has imagined -- is to create unexpected surprises with focused attention.”

Creating services is to create emotional connections between people and everything. Times China and a number of leading technology companies have reached strategic cooperation to establish the “5G+ United Laboratory for Future Communities,” accelerated the implementation of “A.I. + Property” AI application scenarios, and created an intelligent community service ecosystem that encompasses the full life cycle and entire business formats to alleviate the coldness of technology and offer customers a human touch in each service they receive.

To create services is to create the future service ecology of the city. According to Ms. Wang Meng, Times China's services have been extended to 11 major business formats such as public venues, commercial sites and urban public services, covering the full life cycle of growth and development of individuals, communities and cities. In the future, Times China will continue to improve its operation capacity of urban public services and extend its services to more areas.
Co-creation of communities: Funny people meet at Times China
For contemporary residents, a house should not only satisfy the function of living but also enable an emotional connection with every like-minded individual for joint creation of an ideal community full of fun. Times China is committed to creating an interesting community culture with its owners.
At the launch event, Mr. Huang Kai, general manager of the Marketing and Brand Center of Times China Group, shared the community story of “Times Fun Club” to the attendees. In 2018, Times China officially established the community brand “Times Fun Club.” Through the Fun Club, Times owners have created a community based on the interests they share.

The Times Fun Club has, since its establishment, been introduced to 11 cities and more than 100 communities. No fewer than 300 communities have been established, comprising a membership in excess of 20,000. Over 2,000 events are held on an annual basis, attracting over 300,000 participants accumulatively. In fact, 87% of the events are organized by the members themselves.
As an urban community, Times Fun Club uses three characteristic implementation approaches: First, the life form and experience are stimulated by the highly extensible architectural space. Secondly, excellent experience is rapidly promoted through the stable and effective staff structure, and spread to the whole organization through the chairman of the community. Finally, the spiritual spark will naturally attract more people and even affect the entire culture of the society.

Mr. Huang Kai said that in the future, Times Fun Club will be upgraded from a community activity platform to a super platform, so as to achieve resource integration and provide more forms of services. A community ecology will be upgraded to an open ecology to approach spaces outside the community. Moreover, Times Fun Club will be upgraded from a service brand to a cultural brand for more active involvement in public cultural development.
Times China will serve as the carrier of life enhancement with products, create surprises in daily life through services, and create an interesting community culture with owners to serve the whole life chain and continuously produce a wonderful blueprint of the “ideal life.”
