The establishment of the strategic partnership between the two parties will, on the one hand, drive a series of auto industry leaders such as JD Auto, CATL, 58 Auto and JD Car Club to establish themselves in Times C-Town under the influence of Goldenport Motor and further enrich the project's integration of functions including new energy vehicle (NEV) sale, delivery, battery swapping, maintenance and sheet-metal painting along with the cultivation of automotive professionals, thereby giving customers a convenient, one-stop automotive experience. Moreover, it will promote the Beijing-centered Goldenport Enterprises in its effort to establish, in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, a center of automotive culture comprising a wide range of influences, complete amenities and high industry maturity. In the process, the parties will achieve a complementary synergistic effect with the existing Goldenport Motor Park, Beijing.
The Goldenport Motor Park, operated and managed by Beijing Goldenport Holding Group, is China's premier large-scale park devoted to automotive culture. Encompassing 680 mu (1 mu = ~666.67 square meters), it's well equipped to meet the needs of racing events as well as to host tourists and automotive enthusiasts with its many recreational and social opportunities. Among its notable features are a motor speedway service center, an automobile club, an automobile apartment, an automobile hotel and an automobile dining bar.

Industry peers from throughout the country will, in the near future, bring the enthusiasm, energy and thinking of the auto industry to Times C-Town, and jointly open a new chapter in the NEV market.

Times C-Town is located in the north of the Qiandenghu Lake CBD in Nanhai, Foshan. It is a city-industry integration project developed by Times China based on the industry foundation of "South China Automobile Mall" and in keeping with industry development and market demand trends. The total investment of Phase I exceeds RMB 10 billion, and the total area is 1,352 mu (1 mu = ~666.67 square meters). Through innovations in products and the business format, the scattered, low-end "automobile mall" has been upgraded to a comprehensive center based on the theme "People, Car Life, Light Cultural Tourism"; one that integrates car sales, service, car peripherals, dining, entertainment and light cultural tourism.
Looking to the future, Times C-Town, which joins hands with Beijing Goldenport and other professional auto partners, will become a center for the "People, Car Life, Light Cultural Tourism" experience that serves not only the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area but all other parts of the country as well. More and more middle- and high-end car manufacturers, dealers and consumers will be provided with a full range of professional services integrating automobiles and cultural tourism.
