The new home units of Time The Shore (Qingyuan) Phase II were presented as promised after more than 500 days of steady craftsmanship and the tireless pursuit of a dream.

As the delivery date coincided with the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Holidays, the park was decorated with "Welcome Home" as the theme with floral columns standing and a red carpet leading the way. With lush, green grass and dancing windmills as the embellishment, paired with decorations in the trees, the park had the warm atmosphere of a homecoming.

Meticulous services were provided by the Times staff. A clean parkway and broad atrium made their debut, complemented by pleasant roads and green paths. Garden landscaping, children's play areas, fitness zones and broad swimming pools came into view, bringing cheers of excitement to those who'd call the community home.

The developer provided a well-arranged delivery site, a straightforward delivery procedure, an array of snacks and beverages, homecoming gifts and attractively uniformed staff. The delivery process was conducted with utmost efficiency so as to interconnect each and every aspect: check-in and data confirmation, house inspection, owner profile establishment, key delivery, gift collection and real-estate certificate collection.

A total of 901 households in buildings 7-8 and 11-14 of Time The Shore (Qingyuan) Phase II met the conditions for delivery. Of that number, 620 households had paid the deed tax prior to the centralized delivery. Moreover, 589 households received property certificates beforehand, indicating a certificate issuance rate of 95%. Additionally, 371 owners received property certificates after home delivery. The receipt of certificates upon delivery was a surprise to many but was undertaken with a great sense of ceremony.
