The ceremony for ground-breaking at the Times King City II (Huizhou) project of Huihe Branch was held on the morning of August 26, 2021. The attendees included Chen Liang, general manager of Huihe Branch; Yang Jinkui, deputy general manager of Huihe Branch; Yi Bin, operations assistant to the general manager of Huihe Branch; Guo Qinghai, marketing assistant to the general manager of Huihe Branch; Chen Zhiguo, general manager of the Times King City (Huizhou) project; and Huang Junlin, marketing manager of Times King City (Huizhou), along with leading officials from partner entities and employee representatives of Huihe Branch.

The ceremony started at the auspicious moment of 11:08 a.m., bringing forth the thunderous sound of firecrackers. Yi Bin, assistant to the general manager, delivered a speech in which he expressed heartfelt thanks to all of the guests. Additionally, he introduced Times China's product innovation and upgrading together with the plan of development for the Times King City II (Huizhou) project. He closed his talk with wishes for a promising future on behalf of Huihe Branch. Liu Zhigang, a leading official of a partner entity, then offered congratulations on the project's commencement. He described its bright prospects and promised to faithfully comply with the construction-quality management system and standards to ensure the timely opening of future projects.

Chen Liang and Liu Zhigang led the assembly in a prayer for blessings, after which they heaped earth upon the foundation stone. Then came the mighty lion dance, the beating of gongs and drums, and the sound of firecrackers. The entire group shared the wish for a lucky project commencement and a booming market.

Located beside the HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and Changdong Qi Road, Times King City II (Huizhou) encompasses 40,000 square meters. It boasts a gross floor area of approximately 150,000 square meters, including more than 110,000 square meters of residential space and almost 40,000 square meters of commercial facilities and kindergartens.
